Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders, agreements, and transactions between L&S Garments Private Limited (“L&S Garments”, “we”, “us”) and our clients (“Buyer”, “you”). By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Specifications

Order Confirmation: All orders must be through a purchase order from the client, and we select to acceptance by us. Our proforma invoice to be stamped & authorized by you.

Specifications: Including Designs, Materials, Specfications.

2. Pricing and Payment

Quotations: Prices are valued by USD (or) EURO (or) CHF (or) AUD. If there is any changes in the order will be...?

Payment Terms: 30% Deposite on order confirmation. Balance 70% on shipment. Our preffered choice (or) LC at sight.

3. Manufacturing and Quality

Quality Standards: We ensure product quality through inspections conducted before shipment (or) a third-party inspection can be arranged by you. Inspection reports will be submitted for your personal reference.

Defects and Claims: Third-party or direct inspection by the client, we will not accept any claims whatsoever. When the goods are shipped after our in-house inspection, we recommend that you inspect the goods within 7 days, the goods in your warehouse, and report any defects or claims. L&S doesn't care.

Samples: Samples are made usually as per your specs and are free of cost. Courier cost to be paid by you. Salesman samples or a bunch of samples in the same style will be charged at 2.5 times the actual price of that product.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Schedule: 99% on-time shipments, and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances on lower occasions and will be informed. If there are any changes in approvals by you or if there are any changes to the initial order, it will delay delivery accordingly.
